New edition of the Blue Gas Programme to be launched in September

The next third edition of the Blue Gas – Polish Shale Gas Programme will be launched in September 2015. The objective of the Programme, to be implemented until 2022, is to support the development of shale gas production technology.

Approach waterway to the Świnoujście LNG Terminal is ready

In December 2014, the Maritime Office in Szczecin has completed an upgrade of the existing approach waterway to Świnoujście so that now it may accommodate the traffic of gas tankers to the LPG Terminal. Prime Minister Kopacz announced the date of commissioning the LNG Terminal in Świnoujście. It will be completed by July 2015.

PGNiG and LOTOS Petrobaltic will jointly explore Northeast Poland for oil

Polish Oil and Gas Joint Stock Company and LOTOS Petrobaltic signed an agreement on joint operations at the Górowo-Iławeckie Concession (Northeast Poland).
